The Everyday Amount.
A lot of hydration sachets are dosed for the hardest day of your year, and having one of those every day adds a good deal of salt to a diet that already has plenty. Wellgard ElectroMight Daily is dosed for a Tuesday. 300mg of sodium, about an eighth of the adult daily salt maximum, with potassium, magnesium and calcium, in a small glass. A lot of electrolyte powder is salt with a flavour. Wellgard ElectroMight Daily puts both in one glass, in orange and passionfruit water you'll finish. Sachets, Not Tablets.
Electrolyte tablets are mostly sodium chloride, dropped into water. Most are dosed for a hard session rather than an ordinary day.
Wellgard ElectroMight Daily is an electrolyte sachet: 5g of powder in 200ml, with 300mg of sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium, and eight vitamins and minerals at levels that count.
It isn’t a sports drink. There’s no carbohydrate in it, so it isn’t fuel. It’s the glass of water you’d have had anyway, with something in it.
Iron, in an Electrolyte.
Every sachet carries 2.1mg of iron as ferrous gluconate, with 60mg of vitamin C beside it. Vitamin C increases iron absorption,4 and iron contributes to normal oxygen transport in the body.‡ Iron is unusual in an electrolyte sachet. An everyday drink is a sensible place for it, and pairing it with vitamin C is the right way to do it.
What This Won't Do.
It won't replace water; it's one small glass, and then it's water for the rest of the day. It won't do the hard day; that's Intense. It won't taste of the sea, which after some electrolytes is a relief.

How to Enjoy It.
Take one 5g sachet daily, stirred into 200ml of cold water. Always use a clean, dry stirring spoon. Drink it soon after mixing, or keep it in the fridge and use within six hours. One a day, as often as you like.

One sachet stirred into 200ml of cold water makes an orange and passion fruit electrolytes drink with 300mg of sodium, 200mg of potassium, 62.5mg of magnesium and 125mg of calcium, plus vitamin C, B vitamins, iron, zinc and 1500mg of inulin from chicory root. 20 sachets per box, 100g net.
