Cancellation policy
This policy explains how cancellations work for subscriptions and pre-order purchases made on Wellgard.co.uk.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription as pre-order. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Return & Refund Policy, including our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it before the next renewal date.
You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails include links to manage your subscription.
Important: Cancelling your subscription after an order has been processed does not cancel the order. If you wish to cancel a processed order, please contact our customer service team, as this cannot be done through the website.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in inventory. We may take no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then fulfil and charge the full (or remaining) amount at a later date.
You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched. If your pre-order has already been dispatched, you can no longer cancel it before delivery, but you may still be able to return it after delivery in line with our Return & Refund Policy and your statutory rights.

If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it, but we can help you with the returns process where eligible.
Preventing misuse
To help keep our policies fair for all customers, we may request reasonable evidence to support claims and to help prevent misuse.
