Fibre That Asks Nothing of You.

Fibre used to ask for something back. A glass to drink before it set. A scoop to level. A taste to get past. Clear Fibre asks for nothing. One sachet goes into the drink you were already holding, and the drink stays exactly the drink. That's the whole idea, and it's a good one.

You Used to Choose. The Dose or the Drink.

Most fibre comes in small servings, a few times a day, in a glass that thickens as you watch. Clear Fibre is 11g, once, in a drink that looks and tastes exactly as it did. You could have the fibre or you could have the glass. Now you can have both.

The same 11g in capsules is around twenty-two of them. Here it's one sachet, once a day. It's high in fibre, and it takes you 11g of the way towards the 30g a day adults are advised to eat. Most of us are at about 20, so this is the difference.

Why This One.

11g in one sachet, measured for you, so there's no scoop to level and no tablespoon to argue with. One ingredient, from non-GMO maize, and the whole label is four words long. It goes into a hot coffee, stays out of the way, and the box fits in a desk drawer. Vegan, too.

Try to Find It.

Stir one sachet of fibre powder into at least 150ml of anything, hot or cold. A hot coffee, tea, water, juice, a smoothie, porridge, soup. It dissolves fully. No grit, no gel, no film, no flavour. The drink tastes of the drink, and a bowl goes on being what it was. It's as happy in a hot coffee as in a cold orange juice, so there's no list of things it doesn't go in.

The only way to know a fibre is tasteless is to taste it. So here's the deal: love it or get a full refund within 30 days, even if the product has been used. If you can find it, it's on us.

Inside Every Sachet.

  • 11g of soluble fibre in every sachet. High in fibre.
  • One ingredient: soluble vegetable fibre (from maize). The whole label is four words long.
  • Non-GMO maize, checked batch by batch by an independent laboratory. Vegan.
  • Nothing added: no flavourings, sweeteners, colours or preservatives. Low in sugar, and about 25 calories a sachet.
  • 20 sachets, one a day. Made in the EU.

For the Curious: Why It Counts as Fibre.

Fibre is the part of a plant your body can't break down, so it passes through you rather than being digested. Clear Fibre is a soluble fibre from maize that resists digestion in the stomach and small intestine, which is why 11g of it counts as 11g of fibre. That's the whole of the science you need.

What Went Into It.

Maize, and not much else. The maize is non-GMO, and every batch is checked by an independent laboratory to make sure. It's tested for heavy metals, pesticides and mould toxins too, which are things you've never had to think about, and still don't. We check the boring things so the interesting thing can be your coffee.

What This Won't Do.

It won't taste of anything, which takes a day or two to trust. It won't set or thicken, so there's nothing to drink quickly. And it won't stand in for the vegetables. It's for the days they don't quite add up to 30g, which is most days for most of us.

How You'll Know.

The first sachet tells you whether you can find it. The first box, twenty sachets, twenty days, tells you whether the morning cup has become the thing you do without thinking. That's the whole point of a fibre you can't taste. If it hasn't, full refund within 30 days, even if it's opened. On repeat, the next box arrives before this one runs out.

How to Enjoy It.

One sachet a day, stirred into at least 150ml of water, tea, coffee or juice, hot or cold, or sprinkled over porridge, soup, yoghurt or a smoothie. Whichever drink you were having anyway. New to fibre? Start with half a sachet for a few days, and drink plenty of fluid through the day so your body gets used to the extra. Take it an hour or so either side of any medicines, as you would with any fibre.

Don't exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Consult your doctor or healthcare professional if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision. Keep out of the sight and reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place.

Start With Tomorrow's Coffee.

Each box holds 20 sachets, and each sachet goes wherever you do: a desk drawer, a gym bag, the cupboard next to the coffee. Prefer something to chew? Our Fibre Gummies are the other way in.

Subscribe & Save takes 15% off every delivery, renews at the interval you choose, and you can pause, skip or cancel in your account.

The future of fibre is clear. It's in your coffee, tea, water, juice, smoothie, porridge or soup.

Q&A

Frequently Asked Questions

11g of soluble fibre in one 12.25g sachet, which makes Clear Fibre high in fibre.

One sachet a day. Stir it into at least 150ml of water, tea, coffee or juice, hot or cold, or sprinkle it over porridge, soup, yoghurt or a smoothie. Don't exceed the recommended daily intake.

Yes. Hot coffee is where most people put it. It's as happy in a hot coffee as in a cold orange juice, dissolves clear, and doesn't thicken the drink.

No. It has no taste and no smell, it doesn't gel or thicken, and it leaves no grit. Your coffee stays your coffee.

Yes. Stir the sachet into the tea, then add the milk as you normally would. It dissolves either way and the tea tastes exactly as it did.

Yes. It dissolves clear in still or sparkling water, so a glass of fizzy water is a perfectly good place for it.

Yes. It's happy in heat, so a sachet can go into porridge, a soup or a batch of baking, stirred in with the dry ingredients. One sachet a day is still the amount, so count what ends up in each portion.

One ingredient: soluble vegetable fibre (from maize). No flavourings, sweeteners, colours or preservatives. Nothing is added, and that includes sugar.

UK guidance for adults is 30g of fibre a day, and national diet surveys put the average intake at around 20g. One sachet contributes 11g towards the daily figure, as part of a varied and balanced diet.

Yes. It's 11g of dietary fibre, so one sachet takes an adult on the average 20g to around 31g, as part of a varied and balanced diet.

Food first: wholegrains, beans and pulses, vegetables, fruit, nuts and seeds. A slice of wholemeal bread is around 2g, a portion of baked beans around 6g, a medium banana around 1.5g. Most UK adults land at about 20g. One sachet of Clear Fibre adds 11g to whatever the day's food gives you.

A medium banana gives around 1.5g of fibre, so on its own it's a small part of the 30g. It's a good habit; it isn't the whole answer. A sachet of Clear Fibre is roughly seven bananas' worth of fibre.

Most drinks have almost none, which is the point of Clear Fibre: it turns the drink you already have into one with 11g of fibre in it, without changing how it looks or tastes.

You should. Food first, always: vegetables, pulses, wholegrains, fruit. Clear Fibre isn't a replacement for any of them. It's for the days when they don't add up to 30g, which the national figures suggest is most days.

They carry the same fibre; the difference is the amount. A capsule holds around 500mg, so 11g is about twenty-two of them. One sachet of Clear Fibre carries the 11g in a drink you were having anyway.

Look at four things: how much fibre a serving gives, how many servings a day it takes, what it does to the drink, and what else is in it. Clear Fibre gives 11g, once a day, dissolves clear with no taste, and has one ingredient.

Because fibre is the part of a plant your body can't break down, so it passes through you rather than being digested. Clear Fibre is a soluble fibre from maize that does exactly that, which is why 11g of it counts as 11g of fibre.

They're different fibres that behave differently in a glass. Psyllium swells and gels, which is why it has to be drunk quickly in plenty of water. Clear Fibre dissolves without thickening, so it goes into a drink you'd have anyway, hot or cold. Both count as fibre; only one of them disappears.

Both are soluble fibres that dissolve without gelling. Clear Fibre gives 11g in one sachet; guar-based powders usually give around 4 to 5g a scoop. If you want the day's top-up in one go, one sachet does it.

Yes. Wellgard Clear Fibre is a food supplement: 11g of soluble fibre from a single plant ingredient, taken as part of a varied and balanced diet. If you have a digestive condition, your GP or pharmacist can tell you what suits you.

Yes, one sachet a day as directed. Drink plenty of fluid through the day, and if you're new to fibre, build up over a few days.

Gently. Start with half a sachet for a few days and drink plenty of fluid through the day, so your body can get used to the extra, then move to a full sachet. If you have a digestive condition, speak to your healthcare professional first.

Whenever the drink you'd add it to happens: morning coffee, afternoon tea, evening soup. The one thing that matters is that it's once a day, so tie it to something you already do every day. Take it an hour or so away from medication, as you would any fibre.

Yes, with a gap: take Clear Fibre an hour or so either side of your medicines, as you would with any fibre. If you take regular medication, check with your pharmacist or GP first.

Suitable for adults, including those prescribed GLP-1 receptor agonist medicines. This product does not contain GLP-1 or GLP-1 receptor agonists. When used as directed, it is not intended to interfere with prescribed GLP-1 receptor agonist medicines. This product is not intended to replace or mimic GLP-1 receptor agonist medicines and is not a substitute for prescribed medication. Continue to take your medication exactly as prescribed by your healthcare professional.

A sachet has about 25 calories, so if your fast is strict, take it inside your eating window. If you're fasting for a blood test, follow the instructions you've been given.

One sachet a day is the amount. If you want more fibre than that, food is the place to find it: wholegrains, beans, vegetables and fruit.

Consult your doctor or healthcare professional before taking this product.

It's low in sugar, about half a gram a sachet, and about 25 calories. If you manage diabetes, check with your GP, nurse or pharmacist before adding any supplement, and take Clear Fibre an hour or so either side of your medicines.

A sachet carries 11g of fibre and under a gram of other carbohydrate, with no sugar added. Most low-carb approaches count the fibre separately, so it usually fits; check the numbers against your own plan.

Yes. It's fibre and nothing else, so there's nothing in it that overlaps with a multivitamin, a live-culture supplement or collagen. Keep an hour or so either side of any medicines, as with any fibre.

Yes. It's a food supplement for adults. For children, ask a GP or pharmacist about fibre from food first.
