How You’ll Know.
Each capsule sits sealed in its own pocket until you press it out, so the strip keeps your count. Miss a day and take the next as usual. There’s nothing to catch up. When the gaps run most of the way along, the next pack is due. Give it the pack: thirty days is long enough to have a view.
How to Take It.
Take one capsule a day, with or without food. If you’re taking antibiotics, take it at least 2 to 3 hours before or after them. Suitable during pregnancy, breastfeeding and menopause. If you take medication or are under medical supervision, check with your GP first. If your immune system is weakened or you’re seriously unwell, speak to your GP before taking live bacteria. Store in a cool, dry place under 25°C, out of sight and reach of children.

Vitaflora is supplied in a sealed blister rather than a jar, so each capsule stays sealed until it is taken, and it requires no refrigeration when kept in a cool, dry place under 25°C. The capsule shell is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, a plant-derived material; the product is vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free, with no declared allergens. Made in England to GMP standards.
