Thank you for visiting and shopping at Wellgard.co.uk. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.

UK shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Royal Mail Standard: 3–7 business days (£2.90)
  • Royal Mail Expedited: 2–3 business days (£3.99)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (for example, courier network delays).

Ireland shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (£14.25)

North America shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Royal Mail International Standard: 7–14 business days (£17.99)

Rest of the World shipping rates and delivery estimates

We deliver to the following countries/regions: United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Jordan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Bahrain, China, Hong Kong, Maldives, Philippines.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Wellgard.co.uk is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and customs charges).

International deliveries may be subject to customs inspection and clearance delays.

Delivery delays

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. While we will always do our best to help, we cannot guarantee courier delivery times.

Lost parcels, incorrect address, and refused delivery

Lost or missing parcels

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@wellgard.co.uk with your order number and we will help investigate.

Parcels marked as “delivered” may be left in a safe place, with a neighbour, or at a local delivery office. Please check any delivery updates, your safe place, and with neighbours before contacting us.

If your tracking shows the parcel as “delivered” but you have not received it, you must notify us within 7 days of the delivery status being marked as delivered. This allows us to raise the issue with the courier within their investigation timeframes. Reports made after 7 days may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

In some cases, the courier may provide proof of delivery, such as delivery scans, GPS confirmation, or a photo taken at the delivery location. We may rely on this information when reviewing “delivered but not received” claims.

Where appropriate, we may open an investigation with the courier. Replacement or refund decisions are made once the courier investigation has been completed, or where sufficient evidence is provided.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout, including postcode and any apartment/flat number. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can either:

  • re-ship the order (additional shipping fees may apply), or
  • issue a refund for the items only (original shipping charges are non-refundable).

Refused delivery or uncollected parcels

If you refuse delivery of a parcel, or it is not collected from a delivery office or pickup point and is returned to us, we can process a refund for the items only once the parcel has been received back at our facility.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return-to-sender fees (if charged by the carrier) may be deducted from the refund.

Damage in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the affected items so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.
