We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return or exchange items.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
If you purchased from Wellgard.co.uk, you can request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.
Depending on your situation, your order may qualify under our:
- Love It Guarantee (even if used)
- Standard Returns (unopened/unused items)
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Please note that every return is assessed individually. All returns must be pre-approved by our Customer Service team to ensure fairness and prevent misuse.
Which Return Applies to You?
Love It Guarantee (Even If Used)
We offer a 30-day Love It Guarantee so you can try your product with confidence. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery, even if you have used the product.
To keep this fair for everyone and prevent misuse, the Love It Guarantee is subject to the limits below:
- One opened product per order
- One claim per customer/household (unless we agree otherwise)
- We may request basic evidence to support your claim (for example, a photo of the product)
Refunds under the Love It Guarantee are only issued once the product has been returned to us.
Even if the product has been used, it must not be an empty pack or mostly finished.
Standard Returns (Unopened Items)
If you change your mind, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:
- unused
- unopened
- in the original packaging
- in a resalable condition
- accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@wellgard.co.uk with:
- your order number
- the item(s) you want to return
- the reason for return (Love It Guarantee, Standard Return, or Cancellation)
We’ll reply with return instructions.
All returns must be approved by our Customer Service team before items are sent back.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. We aim to process refunds within 5 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take up to 10 business days to show the funds.
If returned items are not in a resalable condition, are damaged, or are missing parts not due to our error, we may issue a reduced (partial) refund.
Where your return is covered by statutory cancellation rights, refunds will be issued within the required legal timeframe.
Special Purchase Types
Multipacks
If you purchase a multipack i.e. 2 Pack, 3 Pack, 6 Packs, the Love It Guarantee is still available, but it works slightly differently:
- The Love It Guarantee covers a maximum of 1 opened unit per multipack
- Any remaining units must be unopened and in pristine condition and returned to qualify for a refund on those units
- If more than 1 unit in a multipack has been opened or used, the additional opened units will not be eligible for a refund
- If unopened units are not returned, they will not be refunded
Please note: any opened item must not be an empty pack or mostly finished. If an item is empty or substantially used, it will not be eligible for a refund unless the return is due to a confirmed fault and has been approved by our Customer Service team.
Multi-buys, Bundles, BOGOF Offers & Free Gifts
If you are returning an item purchased as part of a multi-buy offer, bundle, or buy one get one free (BOGOF) promotion, your refund will be calculated proportionately, based on the product’s price in relation to the total offer.
Please make sure that you return all component parts and any promotional items or free gifts. If these are not returned, we may reduce your refund accordingly.
This policy does not affect your right to return faulty items, as long as you can provide proof of purchase.
Damaged, Faulty, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing an item, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (where applicable). We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
We may request photographic evidence to support claims of damage, defects, or missing components.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. If you need a replacement, email support@wellgard.co.uk with your order number and photos (where applicable), and we’ll help right away.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning items valued over £25, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is sent without tracking.
Sale Items
Sale items are not eligible for refunds for change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@wellgard.co.uk.
Your Statutory Rights (UK Customers)
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
- 14-day cooling-off period: If you buy goods online, you generally have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- Faulty goods: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy including a refund, repair, or replacement depending on the circumstances.
- Health protection and hygiene sealed goods: Certain sealed goods may not be eligible for return if unsealed after delivery for health protection or hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
