What Pomegranate Vinegar Actually Is.
Cider vinegar is what you get when fruit sugars ferment twice: first to alcohol, then to vinegar. Apples are the traditional fruit for it, and for most of the last decade they have been the only fruit anyone bothered with. Pomegranate vinegar goes through exactly the same process and comes out deeper, rounder and a great deal easier to put in your mouth.
