Colostrum Powder
Someone's Told You About Colostrum.
Here's What It Actually Is.
Colostrum is the first milk a cow makes in the days after her calf is born: thicker and richer in protein than ordinary milk, and full of immunoglobulin G, the IgG that colostrum tubs are measured by. Colostrum Powder is that first milk, gently dried into a fine powder, with nothing added and nothing taken away but the water. One level teaspoon a day, and 800mg of IgG in it, every time. Stir it into your porridge or yoghurt; it tastes of almost nothing. Thirty teaspoons to a pouch. That's the whole thing.
One teaspoon, into whatever's already there. Add Colostrum Powder.

What's in a Teaspoon.
Two grams of dried first milk. Most of it is protein, and 800mg of that is the IgG. A pinch of lactose, hardly any fat, seven calories. The ingredient list is five words long. One of them is milk. Nothing to bulk it out, nothing to flavour it, nothing to stop it clumping. If you've been squinting at colostrum tubs wondering what you're paying for, compare one thing: IgG per serving. Ours is 800mg, and we measure it so it stays 800mg.
First milk. One ingredient. 800mg of IgG a teaspoon.
How People Take It.
Into whatever's already in front of you at breakfast. Porridge is the favourite in the reviews, then yoghurt, smoothies, cereal and a glass of cold milk or juice. Stir and it's gone; customers call it tasteless, faintly milky at most, which is why it disappears into food. One rule: not a hot drink. It's milk protein with nothing added to stop it clumping, so in a hot cup you get "floating bits on top of my tea", as one customer put it. Cold or warm, never boiling.
Colostrum or Collagen?
It's the question people ask most, because they both come in a pouch and both start with col. They're different things. Collagen is a protein from skin and bone, chopped small so it dissolves, and you take a 10g scoop of it. Colostrum is dried first milk, a different protein altogether, with its IgG, and you take a teaspoon. One isn't a version of the other. You can take both, and plenty of customers stir them into the same bowl. Wellgard makes both; read both pages and pick on purpose.

Where It Comes From.
Cows in the EU. That matters more than it sounds. Growth hormones have been off the table in European dairy for twenty-five years, and milk isn't allowed off the farm with antibiotics still in it. No BSE. No GM. Dried, nothing added. What's in the pouch is what came out of the cow, minus the water. That's the whole story.
Is It Worth It?
Only you can answer that. Here's what you're weighing. Thirty teaspoons of first milk, 800mg of IgG in each, one ingredient, a pouch that lasts a month. Customers who've tried others say the same two things: it costs a fraction of the ones they saw first, and it tastes of nothing, so they actually keep taking it. That's the case. The rest is yours to weigh.
Who It's For.
The one who's heard about colostrum and wants the plain version. The one who reads the back first. The one who knows the word from a farm. Or a calving shed. The one already on collagen and curious. The one who wants a teaspoon that tastes of nothing so it can go in anything. Not the one who avoids dairy: this is milk, and it says so.
What This Won't Do.
It won't replace a meal or a doctor. It won't suit anyone with a milk allergy or anyone avoiding lactose; it's milk, dried. And it won't dissolve in a hot drink, so don't ask it to.
How You'll Know.
This isn't a product you feel; it's one you take. What you'll know at two weeks is whether the teaspoon has become part of the porridge or a thing you keep meaning to do. At thirty the pouch is empty, and whether you want the next one is the honest test. If it isn't for you, the refund covers the first thirty days, opened or not. If it is, the next pouch arrives before the last teaspoon.
How to Enjoy It.
One level teaspoon, 2g, once a day, mixed into food or a cold drink: porridge, yoghurt, a smoothie, milk or juice, as the pouch says. Cold or warm, not hot. Reseal the pouch and keep it cool and dry. Then the plain part: contains milk; do not exceed the recommended intake; keep out of the reach of children; and if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or under a doctor's care, ask your GP first.
